更新前检查
- 确认安装方式（npm/pnpm vs git）
- 确认网关运行方式（前台/服务）
- 备份：
~/.clawdbot/clawdbot.json、~/.clawdbot/credentials/、~/clawd
更新（全局安装）
npm i -g clawdbot@latest
pnpm add -g clawdbot@latest网关运行建议使用 Node，Bun 不推荐。
更新（clawdbot update）
clawdbot update适用于 git checkout；会执行更新、构建、UI 构建、doctor，并可自动重启。
更新（Control UI / RPC）
Control UI 的 Update & Restart 调用 update.run，执行与 clawdbot update 相同的流程并重启网关。
从源码更新（手动）
git pull
pnpm install
pnpm build
pnpm ui:build
clawdbot doctor
clawdbot health重启网关
更新后建议运行 clawdbot doctor 并重启服务（clawdbot gateway restart）。
